As with all levels containing mystery candies you will need quite a bit of luck to pass level 2190.
Forget about the jelly in the middle of the board, that will take care of itself. What you do have to concentrate on is clearing the cake bombs because there is jelly under every one.
The hardest to clear is the one bottom left as it can't be hit with normal combos from the middle of the board.
One way to make a start on clearing this difficult cake is to use a double colourbomb combo, this will clear half the sections. If you can manage to get another one that will do the job.
Another way to clear this cake is to get a combo down into the squares left by the other cakes once they are cleared, candies will drop down into these squares once the cakes are gone.
The mystery candies may also help if they drop down into these sections and change into good stuff instead of bad.
You could also try a colourbomb/stripe combo once you have the right colour candies in the sections where the cakes were.

This is all about timing, the ingredients have to be dropped through the teleports as they are in the right place.
The two halves of the board are totally separate and the two ingredients have to be collected from their own exits.
You need to clear all the licorice locks and blockers before the ingredients can go anywhere, then they need to drop down to the portals, through into the main part of the board, down to the conveyor then through the portals into the final column where the exits are.
In order for the ingredients to follow the path there has to be space for them to drop into at the other end of the portal at exactly the right time. This can take planning and patience.
The mystery candies which fall down after the ingredients can be really helpful but you don't want them in the exit column if you can avoid it as they can block it up with bad stuff and prevent your ingredients from falling if you are unlucky. Having said that, they can also be good as they may give you stripes and combos, but I found it best to try to use them in the main part of the board and not let them get down the exit columns.
Remember to check both halves of the board before every move as you have to work on both ingredients at the same time and the conveyor will bring combos together that you may not want to miss.
A good booster to use may be a coconut wheel.

Having 6 colours on the board makes level 2188 super hard.
The secret to beating this is to clear the cake bomb without detonating the UFO. If you can do this you are almost guaranteed to pass.
First clear as much of the double layer jelly as you can while making stripes to hit the cake bomb. You can make stripes in the main part of the board and drop them down onto the conveyor to use when they are in a position to hit the cake.
If you detonate the UFO it will hit the cake but will not clear the whole cake so you will still need to finish clearing it.
However if you manage to clear the cake it will take off all the single layer jelly and also detonate the UFO, this will then place it's 3 wraps near the bottom left corner where the cake was and clear the remaining jelly from there.
This was the way I managed to clear level 2188 after many times detonating the UFO early and failing.
