Level 2200 is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherry as well as clear all the jelly in 24 moves.
If you can clear the jelly in the middle first before the chocolate starts to spread your job will be a lot easier. Look for colourbombs and stripes and concentrate on getting the jelly in the middle, the rest will be cleared as you work on getting the cherry down the column and out of the exit.

You have 15 moves to collect the 9 yellow candies.
The yellow candies will be provided by the lucky candies on the left part of the board.
First look to see if there are any matches on the left, look again after your first move as there are colour changing candies there and there may be a match when they have changed.
If there are no matches to be made there look for colourbombs or sideways stripes on the right to hit the lucky candies and get the yellows.
Keep looking for matches on the left as once you start to match the lucky candies more matches will often be possible and it doesn't take many moves to get the 9 yellows needed.

Level 2199 is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
First make a couple of moves next to the licorice to clear as much as you can, but don't waste more than a couple of moves doing that. Clearing some of the licorice will give you a larger playing area so you have a better chance of making special candies and combos.
The best scoring special candies are wraps and colourbombs, so look for chances to make these all the time.
Avoid switching a colourbomb with a stripe as this will turn bombs into stripes and you won't score many points. 
Make moves that bring bombs down from the dispenser in the middle of the board, it is the bombs that give you the points you need. Don't let the bombs worry you, you need them so treat them as a good part of the game, not something to fear.
By far the highest points are from switching a colourbomb with a single colour that has some countdown bombs, this will give huge points and just one colourbomb switched with bombs can easily take you over the finishing line.
