You have to collect 2 ingredients in 23 moves to complete level 2217 Candy Crush Saga.
Getting the ingredients down is not too much of a problem if you can just get a decent chance to make a special candy or two. The board is so restricted that you often end up switching candies aimlessly and getting nowhere.
You don't need to collect the keys and unlock the mystery candies, but it's easier to collect the ingredients if you do. The keys drop from the dispensers bottom left, but only after at least one of the blockers have been cleared so you can use a lot of moves collecting the keys.
Easier and quicker is to make a stripe or stripe/wrap combo and fire it into the bottom where the ingredient is. The licorice can be cleared just by making a match next to it so it doesn't stop you from hitting the ingredient.

You need to collect 15 chocolate squares to complete level 2215.
There are two chocolate spawners to give you the chocolate, but first you need to clear as many blockers as you can from around them so that they can spawn the chocolate.
Clear around one first if you can, then leave it to spawn while you clear around the other. If you clear chocolate you won't get any the next move so you need to allow it to grow as much as possible before you remove any.
Bear in mind that the chocolate can't cross the conveyor, so once it has filled all the spaces it can you should clear it and let it spawn more.
Keep track of how much chocolate you need and how many moves you have left, you only get one piece per move and only then if you don't clear any.

Level 2213 is a dual task level, you have to collect the 2 ingredients as well as clear the jelly.
The ingredients shouldn't be too much of a problem to collect, but the jelly can be tricky as you can rarely make matches in the top corners where the jelly is so you need to use combos to clear it.
Get the ingredients down to the bottom and keep them off the conveyor as they need to be over the portals, keep them both on the same side so they are easier to collect, although it hardly matters as they will go through the portals and out of the exits as you clear the jelly anyway.
Use the conveyor to get your stripes and wraps together and to make special candies and use these to clear the jelly.
Any combo will be good, but if you can get a colourbomb/ wrap combo this will clear a lot of jelly in one move.
A jelly fish booster or coconut wheel booster will be useful on level 2213 if you need one.
