You have 25 moves to collect the the four popcorns.
The biggest problems are the Evil Spawners (magic mixers), these will fill up the board with licorice and cream blockers so they have to be cleared. 
Clearing the spawners will have the added effect of helping to grow the popcorns when they explode, so your priority has to be making matches next to the spawners from the first move.
It's ok to look for special candies higher up the board, but if you get a chance to hit the spawners don't waste it, you may lose the move if you don't make it straight away.

Level 2220 is a timed level, you need to score 30,000 points in 45 seconds.
This is actually a fairly easy timed level, you can reach the required score in the 45 seconds without collecting any of the extra time candies if you are lucky.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and look for stripes and wraps before every move, this might take up a couple of seconds but it is well worth it if it means you can collect a couple of extra time candies with a combo or a stripe.
Once you start collecting extra time candies you will also get countdown bombs dropping from the dispensers, these will give you lots of extra points if you can clear them, but keep an eye on the counter, especially if you have enough points to pass the level. If one of the bombs is about to explode stop playing and let the timer run out or it's game over.
I barely scraped through as you can see on the video below, so don't quit just because you don't think you'll get enough points, the extra time candies exploding will give points at the end which may be enough to get you through.

Collect the two popcorns in 20 moves to complete level 2219 Candy Crush Saga.
First clear some blockers to give you room to work, then look for the special candies you will need to grow the popcorns. Wrapped candies are best if you can detonate them close to the popcorns as they will give you two hits.
Use the conveyor to get the specials or combos next to the popcorns.
A colourbomb/stripe combo may be helpful but I usually find that the stripes go in the wrong direction and hardly hit the popcorns.
A colourbomb/wrap combo is better as long as there are wrapped candies near the top of the board that can drop next to the popcorns.
