You need to collect the three ingredients in 30 moves to complete level 2223 Candy Crush Saga.
You don't need to completely clear the chocolate, but you will need to keep it under control as you collect the keys.
First clear the blockers along the top to release the keys at the same time as clearing blockers at the bottom. Making moves near the bottom of the board will create mini cascades which will often clear the blockers and collect the keys for you.
The keys can be tricky to collect, but I found that working near the bottom to clear blockers and chocolate gave me the keysa in the cascades, so saving moves.
Once all the fruit is unlocked it's a simple matter of making matches to get them off the board. There are plenty of exits so it doesn't really matter where the fruit is.

Level 2222 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level, so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have 35 moves to collect the four popcorns.
Try to clear some of the chocolate ti give you a bit more space to work, then make specials and combos to hit the cakes and the popcorns. The cake at the bottom is the easiest to clear and this will remove all the chocolate so you have the whole board to play in.
Make stripe/wrap combos in the bottom left whenever possible as these can be fired upwards and sideways to hit both lots of popcorns if needed.
A colourbomb/stripe combo is useful, but you need a bit of luck for it to hit the popcorns.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make good combos.

You have 25 moves to collect the the four popcorns.
The biggest problems are the Evil Spawners (magic mixers), these will fill up the board with licorice and cream blockers so they have to be cleared. 
Clearing the spawners will have the added effect of helping to grow the popcorns when they explode, so your priority has to be making matches next to the spawners from the first move.
It's ok to look for special candies higher up the board, but if you get a chance to hit the spawners don't waste it, you may lose the move if you don't make it straight away.
