Level 2244 is a dual task level, you have to collect the two ingredients as well as clear the jelly in only 20 moves to complete the level.
Because there are so few moves you have to make every one count. 
As with all levels which have mystery candies you will need a bit of luck so they turn into useful stuff which will help.
Start by getting the lucky candies dropping by making moves under the dispensers and with luck they will give you the combos you need to clear the blockers and get the ingredients down to the exits on the bottom left.
The ingredients follow a fairly straightforward path from the top right to the bottom left, so once you get the blockers out of the way work in the bottom left and you should get super cascades which will bring down the ingredients with hardly any moves by you.
As you work on clearing the blockers the jelly will be cleared by the cascades.

Level 2243 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
It is imperative that you don't let the chocolate grow across the top part of the board or you won't get any more candies falling and it'll be game over.
You will need the frog grown to full size to clear the jellies in the bottom right as no candies fall into that section. Try to clear as much jelly as you can from the main part of the board before you detonate the UFO with a stripe. If there are no easy jellies for the UFO to hit it will be forced to go for the hard ones.
Use a colourbomb/stripe to clear jelly and chocolate and a colourbomb on the frog colour to grow the frog.

Stripe/wrap combos are pretty easy to make and they will unlock and clear the chocolate and jelly.
At the same time keep a lookout for colourbomb patterns, there are only 5 candies across and down so it is fairly obvious if a colourbomb will be possible or not. If not make a stripe or wrap.
A colourbomb/stripe combo is probably the best combo for clearing the outside sections, especially once you have some candies in them.
Save the fish until you have cleared most of the jelly if you can so they get the last few tricky ones.
