The first thing to concentrate on is to clear the bombs, if you ignore them from the start they will kill the game before you realise it.
Don't let the chocolate take over, but try to avoid chasing it around, try to make combos to clear it instead.
The licorice is the biggest headache, it will drop down from the three columns on the right every time you make a move without clearing any so this will be the part you will have the most trouble with.
As long as you clear some licorice with your moves no more will fall, but the whole of the three columns will fill up if you use combos when there is no licorice to clear.
For this reason you need to plan your moves carefully so that any combos clear the maximum amount of jelly, then the licorice won't be covering too much.

You have to collect three ingredients in 50 moves to complete level 2246.
I expect this level toi be made much harder by reducing the moves but for the moment it is fairly easy.
You can switch two of the stripes together to begin with, use the top ones first so that the licorice stops the bottom ones from being destroyed while clearing some of the licorice from under the ingredient. Then switch the second pair and that should get one ingredient out.
After you have used the stripes concentrate on making colourbombs and use them to grow the frog, this can then be used to clear the licorice and collect the rest of the ingredients.

Level 2245 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose quite a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have only 12 moves to clear all the jelly and collect the three ingredients.
Colourbombs are the only way. You can't use stripe/wrap combos as they are blocked by the licorice in the middle. 
Just keep making colourbombs and use them on the colour which there are most of on the right side.
You can switch two colourbombs together too, this will clear one ingredient as well as one layer of jelly.
There are only three colours on the board so making colourbombs is almost guaranteed to happen.
Don't waste moves trying to make stripes or wraps unlessyou have no choice and when you do get them switch them with a colourbomb whenever possible.
