You have only 20 moves to collect the three ingredients which are locked in cells on the board.
The ingredient in the middle is no problem as it will escape as soon as it is unlocked.
The ingredients you have to concentrate on are the ones either side, they have to be unlocked as early in the game as possible to give you chance to get them down to the exits.
You need a bit of luck as well as careful planning. Get the side ingredients unlocked using stripes or stripe/wrap combos and work your way to the bottom part of the board, making special candies at every opportunity. Take care when switching combos that they don't spoil your planned moves as you are likely to get more than one combo on the board at the same time.
Take your time and think about every move, you don't have any to spare so don't waste them.
At the time of writing the minimum points of 100,000 are practically impossible to get, but you will be given the pass as long as you get the three ingredients.

You have 25 moves to collect 28 cream blockers to complete level 2285.
All the blockers you need are on the board but you will need to work through the chocolate to get to them.
Collecting the blockers isn't hard, but the final few at the bottom of the board are always the hardest to collect.
Use stripes. wraps and combos to collect the blockers, a colourbomb/stripe or colourbomb/wrap combo will clear a lot of the chocolate and blockers.
A simple colourbomb will clear some blockers as long as you hit the right colour candy.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create opportunities to make more colourbombs.

You have to collect 40 licorice in 23 moves to complete level 2284.
The licorice is in the top corners but it will fall down into the main playing area where it can be collected.
The first thing to do is clear the spawner and cream blockers so the licorice can drop down, try to do both at the same time so you don't waste moves.
Clear as much as you can and if you find that no more licorice is falling simply make a move without clearing any licorice and more will fall. Wrapped candies are good for clearing licorice and if you can switch two together better still.
