Level 2291 is a dual task level, you need to collect the three cherries and clear all the jelly in 16 moves.
Make moves next to the blockers to clear them, or look for stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear them faster.
As you clear the blockers the cherries will drop down through the portals and out of the exit.
Clearing the jelly in the moves allowed is the tricky part of level 2291, so look for colourbombs and combos to clear maximum amount of jelly.
Work near the bottom of the board to create cascades which will help clear jelly without using too many moves.
The only way to clear this level now with only 16 moves is by using colourbomb combos, switch a colourbomb with either a stripe, wrap or another colourbomb for good clearance.

To begin with work on one side and release the keys, you need to get the locked cells open as soon as possible as there are countdown bombs hidden there.
Once the bombs are free you can clear them before they count down if you have collected the keys early enough.
Once the first lot of bombs are cleared concentrate on making special candies and combos for the best scores.
Don't be scared of the countdown bombs that will drop as you play, these are what will give you the score needed to pass the level.
Colourbombs are always best for good scores but avoid switching one with a stripe if there are bombs on the board, any bombs the same colour as the stripe will turn into stripes and you don't get many points for a stripe.
Colourbombs should be switched with a single candy which has some bombs of the same colour, this will give you the best scores.

You have to collect 10 red candies in 15 moves to complete level 2289 Candy Crush Saga.
The red candies will be provided by the lucky candies that will fall from the dispensers in all three sections of the board.
The bottom left is the "bottom" of the board so making moves there will move the candies in all three sections and give you a better chance of getting enough lucky candies to collect all the reds you need.
Try to make stripes and wraps if you can as this will give you the best chance of passing, and use the bottom and middle sections to get the special candies together to make combos.
There are no moves to spare so think carefully about each move and try to make every one count.
