Level 2311 is classified as a hard level but it has been made easier by reducing the number of ingredients and increasing the countdown on the bombs.
For the first two moves try to stay in the middle of the board as you don't want the nuts to fall down and get stuck in the corner of the top sections.
Once the nuts are on the conveyor you don't have to worry too much except the slight chance that they will slip into the square at the side where you can't switch them out.
Get the nuts down to the exits as quickly as possible as you only have 2 on the board at a time.
When one goes out of the exit make a move under one of the dispensers to get another on the board.
Of slight concern are the bombs. The bombs fall down from the dispenser in the middle and they have an 12 move countdown so they must be cleared as soon as possible.
Try to clear the bombs while they are high on the board because it will get harder to clear them as they move down the conveyor. 
Boosters to try are jelly fish at the start and you may need hand switches if your ingredients get stuck, although this is not so hard now so rather than waste a valuable booster I would quit and start again if the ingredients get stuck on a shelf as you play.

Only 14 moves to clear the jelly may not sound much, but level 2300 is possibly the only level of this episode that can be fun to play.
There are now 2 cake bombs to clear, but this makes little difference to the strategy, concentrate on clearing the two cakes and everything else should fall into place.
First clear the cake bomb to open up the board and give you space to work. As soon as the cake bomb is cleared check to see how much jelly is left next to the chocolate dispenser as these jellies will be hidden under chocolate and it's easy to forget where they are, so clear them when you can.
There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is very easy, so look for colourbombs and other specials to make the powerful combos that will clear the jelly.
I have cleared this level in less than 10 moves a couple of times and I'm sure others have cleared it in less, so 14 moves should be no trouble at all.

You have only 14 moves to collect the 7 blockers and 7 licorice.
The licorice will drop from the top left as soon as the blockers there are cleared. Stripe/wrap combos are the most effective at clearing the blockers as they will take several in one move, but they are not easy to make. You can use the conveyor to get combos together but can't afford to use too many moves waiting for the specials to get together.
The hard part of this level is clearing the blockers, the licorice is no problem and can be collected in just a couple of moves once it is released. You need shed loads of luck to pass level 2299 as the board is so restricted and specials are pretty hard to come by.
Check the top and bottom of the board before every moves as there could be good moves in either part.
