You have to collect the two ingredients, which drop down the left column, through the portal and into the right column and then through into the main part of the board where they can drop down to the exit at the bottom.
Use stripes or, better, a colourbomb to unlock the locked candies in the left column and once the ingredient can move you can bring it down by making matches under the portal in the middle of the main board. This will move candies in both outside columns and bring the ingredient down faster.
The second ingredient will not appear until you have collected the first, but the second one shouldn't need a lot of moves to collect.

Level 2302 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have only 25 moves to clear the jelly so you can't afford to waste any.
The shape of the board makes level 2302 hard, it means you can't make matches in some places so the only way to clear the jelly is by using special candies and combos.
Make sure there is no licorice in the way when you switch your combos or they will be wasted.
Working near the bottom of the board is usually the best strategy on jelly levels, but you may need to forget strategy for level 2302 and make the best moves you can, wherever they are.
A Jelly dfish booster would be the best booster to help if you are struggling with this level.

You have to grow the three popcorns into colourbombs in 25 moves to complete the level.
First you need to clear the chocolate in the middle to give you space to work, you will need a bit of luck at the start as the moves will be very restricted.
You don't need to clear all the locked chocolate, once you can begin to make moves in the middle concentrate on making stripes and stripe/wrap combos to hit the popcorns.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move as you want the stripes to be in line with the popcorns to be sure you hit them.
The bottom popcorn can be hit with a wrapped candy but the other two are harder so stripes are the way.
