You have to totally rely on the mystery candies which drop from the dispenser at the top of the board to give you the special candies and combos you need to clear level 2309.
First check to see if you can clear any jelly around the chocolate machines on either side, then make your moves in the middle to bring down the mystery candies.
This is not a hard level as long as you don't get too much bad stuff from the mystery candies.
Swit combos to get the jelly in the sides and bottom and if you get a colourbomb try to switch it with another special candy for the best clearance.
Fish are really useful, especially if you switch them with a stripe or wrap.

Collect 4 ingredients in 30 moves.
Level 2308 is all about timing, making the right move at the right time to get the ingredients where you want them.
All the ingredients are on the board at the same time so you just need to get them onto the conveyor first. It is better if you can keep them a few squares apart so that you can drop them off the conveyor at the bottom one at a time. You need to make a match under the ingredients so that they drop into the square directly over one of the portals.
Once the ingredients are over the portals use a colourbomb or a stripe/wrap combo to clear the candies in the exit squares.
The outer portal goes to the bottom exit and the inner portal goes to the top exit.
I used a hand switch to get the final ingredient in position as they had come down together so it was impossible for me to get them both over a portal.

You have 30 moves to collect 6 combos, 
2 colourbomb/stripe combos
2 stripe/wrap combos 
2 double colourbomb combos.
This is not as impossible as it sounds because there are lots of mystery candies in the bottom section of the board and these will help you to clear the blockers which are holding back lucky candies.
The lucky candies will give you all the colourbombs you need, you just have to hang onto them long enough to switch them and get your combos.
The stripe/wrap combos will be the easiest as the mystery candies will change into stripes and wraps a lot of the time. Don't worry about losing colourbombs when you switch other combos, you can't avoid it and will get plenty more.
