The aim of level 2356 is to clear the jelly in 25 moves.
You have two choices at the start, you can switch two of the stripes at the top to clear some of the cake bomb sections fist. Or, if you have moves next to the cakes you can use those first to clear some cake sections, then switch the stripes later. If you take the second option make sure there is no licorice blocking the stripes or they will be wasted.
Then concentrate on making as many special candies and combos as possible to clear blockers and jelly.
There are not many moves to work with so you need to think very carefully about your moves and make every one count.
A jelly fish booster would be helpful if you are struggling with this level.

Level 2355 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have 40 moves to collect 25 chocolates and 60 licorice.
The priority at the start is to unlock the stripe above the licorice and clear enough licorice to allow the wrapped candies to drop from the dispenser in the middle. Detonating these wraps will give you most, if not all, of the licorice you need.
The chocolate will spawn from the dispensers as you play, you need to let it spread a little before you clear it but you don't want it spreading too much and blocking off your moves.
Keep an eye on how much chocolate you need as you get to the last few moves and make sure you leave yourself enough moves to collect it all.
Look for special candies and combos with every move and you should manage level 2355 without too many headaches. I found this to be less hard than some of the previous levels.
A colourbomb booster at the start to unlock the stripe early may help if you are struggling.

You have 25 moves to collect 77 blockers and 15 stripes.
The stripes aren't too much of a problem, they will usually be collected as you work on clearing the blockers.
The fish are not very helpful and I'm not sure why they are there at all, I found them more of a hindrance as they can spoil moves that you have planned. The fish never target the blockers and rarely hit the cake bombs.
The only time the fish can be useful is if you switch them with stripes as they will give you three stripes which may or may not hit the blockers or cakes.
Try to clear the cake bombs as they will take a layer off the blockers and also open up the board so you have more space to make combos.
Two colourbombs switched together are good as they will also clear a layer from the blockers.
Apart from the above just work on making as many combos as you can. Stripe/wrap combos are only helpful if you can position them to hit plenty of blockers, but you don't have many moves so can't afford to waste them getting combos into position.

There is no point making a wrap or a stripe in the middle of the board where it won't do any good, so ignore unhelpful moves and just concentrate on making combos that will be useful to you.
The video below is made with 25 moves but is a bit long as the player spends a long time thinking about his moves. However it does give you a chance to see why he makes the moves he does.
