You have 25 moves to collect 77 blockers and 15 stripes.
The stripes aren't too much of a problem, they will usually be collected as you work on clearing the blockers.
The fish are not very helpful and I'm not sure why they are there at all, I found them more of a hindrance as they can spoil moves that you have planned. The fish never target the blockers and rarely hit the cake bombs.
The only time the fish can be useful is if you switch them with stripes as they will give you three stripes which may or may not hit the blockers or cakes.
Try to clear the cake bombs as they will take a layer off the blockers and also open up the board so you have more space to make combos.
Two colourbombs switched together are good as they will also clear a layer from the blockers.
Apart from the above just work on making as many combos as you can. Stripe/wrap combos are only helpful if you can position them to hit plenty of blockers, but you don't have many moves so can't afford to waste them getting combos into position.

There is no point making a wrap or a stripe in the middle of the board where it won't do any good, so ignore unhelpful moves and just concentrate on making combos that will be useful to you.
The video below is made with 25 moves but is a bit long as the player spends a long time thinking about his moves. However it does give you a chance to see why he makes the moves he does.

Level 2353 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
Although there are 50 moves to begin with you really need them as the blockers can be hard to clear.
The key to passing this level is wrapped candies. Look for chances to make wraps with every move.
Switch wraps with colourbombs at every opportunity and you will have the best chance of clearing  this level.
You will get some wraps dropping from the dispensers as you work your way down the board and these will often unlock the colourbombs for you, but be careful as they will also explode the colurbombs. Try to get the colourbombs unlocked without detonating them and you can then use them to switch with wraps to get the best use of them.
Look carefully at the board before every move, there is no need to rush, there is no chocolate to worry about and no bombs, just thick blockers and jelly.
Level 2353 will take a few lives, but it is possible without boosters as the video shows.

You have only 18 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2352 Candy Crush Saga.
This is a very small board so moves are limited to begin with, but you need to start clearing chocolate straight away if you possibly can.
Once you get the chocolate out of the way you will get some stripes dropping from the dispenser which will help clear the jelly at the bottom, but remember to check for moves to clear the top right section of jelly too.
You need a bit of luck with the candies as there are 5 colours on the board which makes specials a bit harder to make on such a small board.

Look carefully for chances to make special candies, but removing the chocolate early will give you the best chance of completing this level.
