Level 2367 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect the cherry to complete level 2367.
The hardest part of this level is working out where the cherry has to go.
The cherry moves from the top left to the top right, then the middle left, and finally the middle right where the exit is.
To get the cherry to the exit you will need to clear candies in the square it needs to move to when it is above the portal so that it can drop through. The cherry will only move one section at a time so you will have to move the candies in the next square, there is no point using moves that will clear candies in the final sections until the cherry is above the portal. At the same time as you are waiting for the cherry to move around you should be making combos to clear the jelly.
It is fairly easy to make special candies as there are only 5 colours on the board.

You have 30 moves to collect 30 chocolates, which are in the bottom half of the board.
You can clear some of the licorice with vertical stripes or a stripe/wrap combo, but the licorice will drop back down except for one square. Whenever you hit the licorice only one square will be left open. If you can get a stripe down through the open square you will get candies falling into the cleared section. If you can make a match in the cleared section you can continue clearing chocolate.
You do need a bit of luck to make matches in the bottom but once you get started it gets easier.
You need to let the chocolate grow a little before you can complete the level as there are only 26 on the board and you need 30.
By far the easiest way to clear the chocolate, if you can do it, is to use a double colourbomb combo, this will clear all the chocolate and give you a good chance of completing the level.
There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is easy.

You have to collect 2 ingredients in 25 moves to complete level 2366 Candy Crush Saga.
The ingredients never move into the main part of the board, so strictly speaking you don't need to clear the magic mixers. BUT if you don't clear the mixers they will block your moves so you will have little chance of collecting the ingredients.
The ingredients drop through the portals and have to travel through all the sections to get to the exit bottom left. 
There are wrapped candies next to the mixers which will be useful in helping to clear them if you can detonate them using a stripe or colourbomb.
Once you have cleared the mixers you will get mystery candies dropping from the dispensers, with luck these will give you special candies which you can use to help get the ingredients through the portals.
A sideways stripe at the bottom is usually enough to complete the job, or a stipe/wrap combo near the bottom. You only need to clear the candies in the bottom left as this will move all the candies through the portals.
