Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2398 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 4 ingredients in 30 moves to complete level 2398 Candy Crush Saga.
This is the first hard level of this episode, mainly because you have to move ingredients and that is one of the hardest things in the game to do.
Before you make a move at the start of the game check to see if you can move either of the ingredients to the side, if you can do this it will drop down onto the conveyor and that's half the job done with that one.
The easiest way to get the ingredients onto the conveyor if you are unable to switch them is to use colourbombs to remove the candies underneath them. 
Once you have the ingredients on the conveyor keep them there until they are over an exit, then you can get them out using stripe or simple matches.
Don't waste too many moves on the first 2 ingredients as you have another two as soon as the first ones are gone and the problems will be exactly the same, switching them over from the corner.
You need a fair amount of luck to complete level 2398 and you may lose a few lives, but it is possible without boosters as the video below shows.
If you have plenty of free switch hands to spare you can use them to move the ingredients.

You need to collect 25 yellow candies in 35 moves to complete level 2397 Candy Crush Saga.
The yellow candies will come from the lucky candies which drop from the 2 dispensers on the left of the board. You can't use stripes to hit the lucky candies, but if you make matches under the portals on the left and right sides of the main playing area the lucky candies will come through the portals into the main part of the board where you will be able to match and collect them.
You will need some combos, and especially colourbombs, to get enough yellow candies as they only come through the portals when there is room for them, so you will need to displace quite a lot of candies to get enough.
A stripe or wrap switched with a colourbomb will help, but only if there are some lucky candies in the main board or if there are normal candies in the columns with the lucky candies.
Look carefully at the board before every move as you don't have many to spare so you can't afford to make moves that don't help in some way.

Level 2396 is a dual task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect the three ingredients to complete the level.
The key to passing this level is the frog. Since there are no candies in the jelly you can't clear it in the normal way, so you will need to use the frog.
The same goes for the ingredients, you can't hit the licorice with combos so the frog will have to be used to clear the licorice and allow the ingredients to drop out of the exits.
First make a colourbomb and use it on the frog colour to grow it, make sure there are enough candies on the board of the right colour to grow him, it's difficult to count but I think it takes 12 candies to grow the frog to full size.
Once the frog is full use him to clear either the licorice or jelly, it doesn't really matter which, then you have to grow him again to clear the other side.
