You have 25 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2422 Candy Crush Saga.
This is not too hard a level and shouldn't take too many tries to complete, even though the moves are a bit tight.
Look for vertical stripes to unlock the candies from the marmalade and unlock the UFO's.
Try to clear as much jelly as you can easily before you detonate the UFO's, then they will clear the harder to hit jellies. If you detonate the UFO's too early they will clear jelly that you can easily clear yourself and leave the harder squares for you, which will make the level so much harder to complete the level.

It may take a few goes to get the hang of level 2421 as the board is very restricted to begin with, but once you get going it can be quite fun to play, though by no means easy.
First try to grow a few of the popcorns to open up the board a bit and don't worry if you can't switch them with another special to begin with, just use them before they get eaten by chocolate if you can.
Once the board starts to open up look for colourbomb combos, either switch them with stripes, wraps or each other whenever you get the chance. 
colourbomb combos are the only way you will get through level 2421 as there are a lot of blockers and popcorn that need hitting several times to clear, with double jelly underneath.
The chocolate shouldn't be too much of a problem once you start getting combos, but if it starts to take over there is no point wasting moves chasing it around, quit and start again.
You only have 32 moves, which is enough, but there are not many to spare so look carefully at the board before every move, especially once it is opened up and you have more choice, you must make the right choices.

Fish are the secret to level 2420 Candy Crush Saga.
You can use colourbomb combos and stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers and licorice locks, but by far the best way to collect the ingredients is with the fish from the fishing floats.
Hitting the floats with a stripe or wrap won't give you enough fish to do much good.
What you need are stripe/wrap combos, especially if you can get them close to the line of floats at the bottom of the board.
Hitting the line of floats with stripe/wrap combos will give you dozens of fish which will clear the blockers and licorice and get the ingredients down to the exits.
Single fish will often target countdown bombs, which is good for your score but doesn't help at all for collecting the ingredients, but by using combos you will get so many more fish that most of them will HAVE to go for the blockers.
This is not an easy level but if everything goes right it can be fun to play.
