Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2430 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2430 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredient and clear all the jelly in only 18 moves.
The cherry is not too much of a problem, but the two jellies in the top corners can be tricky and that's where the fishing float will be useful.
Look for stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers and jelly and at the same time get the cherry out of the exits.
Stripe/wrap combos hitting the float will give you three fish which will target jelly, so clear as much as you can that is easy to clear, then the fish will go to the tricky ones.
There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is pretty easy.

You have only 16 moves to collect all the orders and complete level 2429 Candy Crush Saga.
The cream blockers and chocolate will need to be partially cleared to get the licorice dropping into the playing area, although some licorice can be hit using stripes and combos.
You need to clear the blocker in the middle of the board as quickly as possible because it is stopping the licorice from dropping through the portal. 
You need a bit of luck with the candies as there are no moves to spare. I managed to get a colourbomb/stripe combo which finished off the game for me and this is probably the best way to complete this level.
Any combo will help a lot, a stripe/wrap will go a long way to clearing most of the orders, but the colourbomb combo is the best, switched with anything else.

You have 28 moves to clear all the jelly and complete level 2428.
This can be a very frustrating level because the licorice often limits your moves if you can't keep it under control. The fishing float in the middle also causes more problems than it solves. 
If you can hit the float with a combo such as a stripe/wrap combo you will get several fish which will clear some jelly, but not necessarily the jellies you need clearing.
Clear as much jelly as you can using any combos you can make and this will hopefully hit the float at the same time, giving fish and a chance that they will go to the corner jellies which are hard to hit normally.
Look for colourbombs if you can and use then either with a stripe, or to clear the jellies in the corners.
If you are struggling with level 2428 you can try using a jelly fish booster.
