Level 2440 is a dual task level, you have to collect 2 ingredients and clear the jelly in 40 moves.
Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to unlock the ingredients and chocolate. You can use the conveyor to get combos together.
It is fairly easy to make special candies and drop them down to the bottom of the board so you can switch them together.
Once the ingredients are unlocked a single vertical stripe will get them out of the exit. Try not to let the ingredients get stuck on the conveyor as they could be taken off the board and back to the bottom where there is no exit. This just wastes moves.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades, which will help clear jelly without using too many moves.

Level 2439 is a really hard level and will require some luck as well as carefull planning to pass.
First you need to grow the two popcorns into colourbombs and try to switch them with a stripe if you can. Better still if you can get another colourbomb and switch two together as this will unlock all the locked candies and clear some of the blockers.
Ignore the coconut wheels, they will come into play when you hit them with combos and are best left to detonate on their own as they won't do much good if you use a move to detonate them.
Combos are the only way you will have any chance of clearing level 2439. Use colourbomb combos whenever you can make them and stripe/wrap combos when you can't.
I found it best to use combos as soon as you have them because you will get a lot of wraps which will self destruct very easily and take any other specials with them.
A fish booster may be helpful as the fish will clear jelly from under the blockers.

You have 35 moves to clear all the jelly and complete level 2438.
First you must try to destroy the Evil Spawner in the middle of the board or it will lock up the candies and block your moves. You may be able to make matches beside it, but most likely you will be able to hit it with combos.
Making moves in the bottom middle of the board will bring the bombs onto the board through the portals so they are easier to destroy. Don't ignore the bombs too long while you are clearing the spawner.
Once the spawner is gone you need to concentrate on making as many special candies and combos as you can, plus make matches low down on the board whenever possible to allow the stripes and wraps to drop from the dispensers in the middle of the board.
A fish booster may be useful to help clear the jelly if you are having trouble.
