You have 38 moves to collect 50 chocolates and 50 yellow candies.
There are 24 chocolates on the board at the start of the level and no yellows.
The rest of the chocolate will be provided by the magic mixers and the yellow candies will be given by the lucky candies from the dispensers in the bottom half of the board.
Look for vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the cake bomb and avoid hitting the magic mixers too many times until you have all the chocolate you need. 
The cake bomb will clear any unlocked chocolate and unlock the rest, as well as clearing any lucky candies and yellows that may already be on the board.
Once the cake is gone work in the bottom half of the board to collect the yellows and keep the chocolate under control.
Once you have enough chocolate for the order you can destroy the mixers to prevent them blocking up the top part of the board with chocolate. If you don't have many moves left ignore the mixers and concentrate on making matches in the bottom to collect the yellows.

You need to activate at least one of the UFO's as soon as possible using stripes or stripe/wrap combos.
The first UFO should unlock and hopefully detonate the other two UFO's, which will clear a lot of the jelly for you. Since there are so few moves this needs to be achieved fairly quickly.
Once the UFO's are gone you can see what is left to clear.
The candies will drop down through the portals in the right side of the board and through into the left side, so you can influence where the candies are dropping by making moves in the left side.
Look for colourbombs which you can use to clear those tricky jellies in the bottom right.
You don't have many moves to spare so you have to make every move count.

Level 2453 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. 
This is a dual task level, you have to collect the two ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
You can almost forget about the jelly as it will be cleared as you work on getting the ingredients out of the exit.
Let the first ingredient move up the conveyor to get it away from the left hand column as it is easier to clear the blockers in other columns.
Alternatively you may be able to switch the ingredient to the right as you play.
Make as many wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos as you can to clear the blockers at the bottom so the ingredients can drop down.
Once you have collected the first ingredient you will need to remove the candy below the ingredient dispenser by hitting it with a stripe or matching it to  let the second ingredient drop down. If you don't clear this candy you will not get the second ingredient. 
You won't need many moves to collect the second ingredient as the blockers will be gone so it's just a matter of dropping the ingredient down the exit.
