You have 15 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2464 Candy Crush Saga.
The jelly in the main playing area shouldn't cause too many problems, but to clear the two squares which are separate from the board you will need fish.
You can use a jelly fish booster if you want, but this won't always help much as the fish will go to the jelly on the main part of the board as well as the ones you want.
The best way to clear the jelly is to clear as much as you can on the main part of the board while making stripes and wraps to hit the fishing float in the middle to produce jelly fish.
Once the majority of the jelly is cleared the fish will be forced to go to the outer squares where you need them.
Wrapped candies detonated beside the float are good, but if you can manage to get a combo this will be better still as it will give you a lot more fish.
There are not many moves so try not to waste any, every move should do something, either clear licorice , jelly or make a combo.

Collect 8 licorice, 12 cream blockers and 16 chocolates in 22 moves.
The licorice is already on the board and you will get the cream blockers and chocolate from the lucky candies which drop down from the dispensers above the side columns.
This is one level where you don't want too many colourbombs and you definitely don't want sideways stripes if you can avoid them.
You should make all your moves in the bottom part of the board under the portal, this will bring down the licorice and then the lucky candies where you can match them and collect the orders.
Avoid making sideways stripes and colourbombs, these will change the lucky candies in the portals into blockers or chocolate which in turn will prevent more lucky candies from dropping into play.
If you do get blockers in the sides clear them using sideways stripes but be very careful that a stripe/wrap combos doesn't change more lucky candies and block more portals.
Collecting the orders is not hard if you can avoid blocking up the portals.

Clearing level 2462 is not hard, getting a decent score is nearly impossible.
You have to clear the jelly in 24 moves and all the jelly is in the two outside columns.
The jelly can't be cleared using stripes or stripe/wrap combos because the licorice blocks the blasts. It can be cleared using a colourbomb, but only before the chocolate covers the jelly. A colourbomb switched with a stripe or wrap will work if there are visible candies of the right colour in the jelly.
However, once the chocolate starts to take over the fish from the fishing float will be the only way to clear the remaining jelly. Fish will clear jelly and chocolate at the same time.
For the best results hit the fishing float with combos, this will give you more fish than a single stripe or wrap.
Don't worry about the score unless you are trying for 3 stars, you will be given 300,000 points when you clear the jelly.
