Level 2479 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you need to collect the cherry and clear all the jelly in 30 moves.
Since you can't make matches on the right you need to use special candies and combos to clear the jelly and get the cherry to the bottom.
You can basically ignore the cherry, it will be collected as you clear jelly. JUst work on making special candies and combos to clear the jelly.
You can use stripes and stripe/wrap candies although they will be blocked a little by the licorice, but the licorice won't fill the whole column and some will be destroyed by the combos.
The best candy to use is a colourbomb, switch it with a wrap or stripe if you can, but even used alone a colourbomb will do some good.
Make sure to use your colourbombs on colours that are the most helpful for clearing jelly. There is no point switching a colourbomb with a colour that has no candies in the jelly.

You have to collect 2 ingredients in 40 moves to complete level 2480.
Although not classified as a hard level this can be pretty tricky, especially if you are not good at switching ingredients.
To get the ingredients to the exits, which are at the top of the board, you will first have to get them off the conveyor. While the ingredients are travelling up the conveyor you can set up the candies ready for the switch. The easiest way is to get two candies the same colour above the end of the conveyor and another just to the side, then as the ingredient arrives at the end of the conveyor you can switch it off.
Work on one ingredient at a time as there are plenty of moves and once you have the candies ready you need to work at the other side of the board so you don't move them.
Once the ingredients are off the conveyor make moves that clear the candies in the top row above the exits and the ingredients will drop through the portals and out of the exits.
The hardest part of this level is switching the candies and once that is done the rest is pretty easy.
If you are struggling with this level you can use a couple of hands to switch the ingredients off the conveyor.
After many tries I used a hand switch to get one of the ingredients off the conveyor so I am posting a Skillgaming video to show it can be done without boosters.

Level 2478 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
The most important thing to do is make a stripe/wrap combo as far away from the bottom of the right section as you can so that when you switch it together it will open up the left side and let candies drop.
Once you have candies in the left side you can start making moves there and as soon as you have space to work look for colourbombs and switch them with other specials for the best clearance of blockers.
Work your way down to the bottom and work low down on the board, but remember to check carefully for colourbombs and other specials all the time as you will need the powerful combos to clear all the blockers.
Starting with boosters won't help much unless you use a stripe and wrap and they are side by side. A colourbomb booster won't help.
This level is not too hard to clear if you can get those candies dropping fairly quickly, but you will probably use a lot of moves trying to get the combo needed to get started.
