First clear some blockers from the top to release the striped candies, then switch the stripes together to make a start on clearing the licorice and blockers in the bottom part of the board.
Look for chances to make colourbombs to switch with stripes as these will get the popcorns growing as well as clearing a lot of blockers.
Once you get candies in the bottom part of the board you should look for moves there, but you still need those combos if you are going to grow enough of the popcorns.
If you manage to get two colourbombs next to each other switch them together to hit all the remaining popcorns and clear more blockers.
Once you have cleared some of the popcorns from the bottom the stripes alone won't help so much unless you switch them with a colourbomb as all the popcorns under the dispensers will be cleared first.

You have 35 moves to clear all the jelly and complete level 2486 Candy Crush Saga.
There is no jelly under the popcorns so in theory you don't have to clear them to complete the level, however, if you clear one or both of the top two popcorns you will get stripes and wraps dropping from the dispensers which are very useful if you switch them together.
You will need stripe/wrap combos as well as colourbomb combos as a lot of the jelly squares are in places where they cannot be matched so they have to be cleared using special candies and combos.
Try to target the popcorns as much as possible and don't worry too much about the jelly as this will be much easier to clear once you get the dispensers opened up.

You have 22 moves to collect the 12 ingredients and complete level 2485.
Forget about the chocolate, you don't need to clear it.
All you have to do to complete level 2485 is to clear the two cake bombs at the bottom.
Detonating the cake bombs will clear the chocolate and release the ingredients so they can drop out of the exits.
Make stripes and drop them to the bottom of the board before you switch them. Wraps are only useful if you switch them with a strip, as are colourbombs.
Every move you make should aim towards clearing the cake bombs and don't give up if you are getting low on moves, if your very last move clears the cakes you will win.
