Collect the 4 popcorns and all the cream blockers and also collect 8 chocolates, which can be a bit more tricky.
To get the chocolate you need to clear at least one of the popcorns with enough moves left for the 8 chocolates to spawn. Chocolate will only grow one square per move, so you need at least that many moves once the chocolate is released.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can from the start, but check for chances to make special candies, especially wrapped candies, which you can use to grow the popcorns.
Keep working close to the bottom whenever possible but remember that growing the popcorns is important so keep your eye on any specials near the top that can be used to grow them.

Clear the jelly in only 16 moves to complete level 2493 Candy Crush Saga.
This is not as hard as it sounds as there are only 4 colours on the board so it's easy to make special candies and combos.
Also you will get mystery candies dropping from the dispenser in the middle which, with a bit of luck, will give you special candies to help with the job.
The fishing floats along the bottom will be useful too, hit them as much as possible to get fish, which will clear those hard to get jellies in the corners.

Score 150,000 points in 25 moves to complete level 2492 Candy Crush Saga.
The bombs are a priority so look for ways to unlock them as soon as possible, also break through the blockers to get candies into the lower parts of the board.
Try to make colourbombs as much as possible, this isn't too hard as there are only 4 colours on the board. Use colourbombs both to unlock the bombs and also to clear them and this will give you the highest scores.
This level is only tricky at the start, until you have cleared the first lot of bombs, once they are gone you shouldn't have too much trouble.
Starting the level with a colourbomb booster may be helpful for unlocking some of the bombs.
