Level 2537 is a dual task level, you have to collect 6 ingredients and clear all the jelly in 20 moves.
Unusually, the ingredients can drop through behind the chocolate machines so there is no need to move them, just clear the chocolate and jelly while at the same time unlocking the chocolate in the bottom row so the ingredients can drop down.
Vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos will collect the ingredients but any combo will help, especially with clearing the jelly. Colourbomb combos are always the best, switch a colourbomb with any other special candy for the best clearance of jelly.
If you can get all the jelly cleared you should collect the ingredients at the same time.
New ingredients will only appear as you collect the original ones, so the faster you collect them the better chance you will have of getting them all in time.

You have only 20 moves to clear all the jelly, but there are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is quite easy.
Try to clear the jelly closest to the chocolate machines in the middle section first, then it can't get covered by chocolate and lost from sight.
You can use the conveyor to get combos together but you can make colourbombs fairly easily and these can either be used alone or switched with a stripe or wrap to clear more jelly.
Although there are not many moves this is not too hard and can be quite a fun level.

You have 20 moves to collect all the ingredients that are sitting on top of the blockers at the bottom of the board.
All you have to do to collect the ingredients is to clear all the blockers, simple! Or not!
The best way to clear the blockers is to use stripe/wrap combos and switch them so that they hit the maximum number of fishing floats, which in turn will give loads oif fish.
The fish from the floats will always target the blockers so the more fish you can make the more blockers will be cleared.
At the same time as getting more fish, the combos will also clear a lot of blockers.
The wrapped candies you need will drop from the dispensers above the lower part of the conveyor and the stripes will drop from the top dispensers. You can allow the stripes to moves around the conveyor until they match up with a wrap, but this uses a lot of moves. The best way to make the stipe/wrap combos is to make stripes as much as possible and let the wraps drop beside them.
Wrapped candies on their own won't help much, they have to be switched with a stripe or another wrap to have any use as the ingredients block the wraps from the blockers.
