You have to collect the two ingredients in 17 moves to complete level 2547.
There is no need to clear all the blockers to collect the ingredients as they will slip diagonally into the adjacent columns when there is space there.
Save the colourbombs for a few moves in case you need to clear bombs , but if you can't make any special candies after the first couple of moves don't be scared to use the colourbombs to get the game moving. You can save the colourbombs for the bombs if you are doing well clearing the board without them. This all depends on the game you are having.
This is not a hard level and you shouldn't have too much trouble completing it as long as the bombs don't get you.

Level 2546 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
The fishing floats can be useful, but can't be relied on too much to clear the jelly that needs to be cleared as they tend to target the jelly in the top part of the board first.
The best, and I think only, way to clear the jelly in the bottom part of the board is by using colourbomb combos. You need at least one colourbomb/wrap combo and that will only work well if you have candies the right colour in the top row of jellies in the bottom part of the board. If the wraps you make are in the bottom row they won't touch the jellies in the top row so they will not be cleared.
You can try a colourbomb/stripe combo but this is not as good and won't clear as much jelly.
Also if there are wraps next to the floats from the CB/wrap combo you will get some fish which will mop up the remaining jellies.
I had no luck with this level so used boosters, but the video below shows the level being passed without boosters.

Level 2545 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have 15 moves to clear all the jelly and complete the level.
Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to work your way down into the bottom half of the board, growing the popcorns as you go. Switch colourbombs with either stripes or wraps if at all possible. This is easier than it sounds in this level as you will get the wraps from the dispensers as you clear the popcorns and there is also a stripe dispenser in the top part of the board. Double wrap combos are great for growing popcorns and clearing jelly.
Don't worry about colourbombs detonating themselves, they will still help to clear jelly.
Switch 2 colourbombs together to grow the remaining popcorns by one stage and this will save moves.
