You have 30 moves to collect 25 yellow candies and complete level 2610.
The yellows will be provided by the lucky candies which drop from the dispensers in the bottom part of the board and also near the bottom of the main playing area.
This dispenser on the main playing area can be invaluable later in the game.
First clear the licorice so you can use the whole board for making matches and also to allow stripes and stripe/wrap combos to hit the lucky candies.
Look for chances to make colourbombs with every move you make as this is how you will complete level 2610. You can use a colourbomb on purple to change all the lucky candies to yellows. 
Once you have lots of yellow candies try to get a colourbomb next to a yellow from the dispenser on the main board, then use it on the yellow to collect as many as you have on the board.
You can also use stripe/wrap combos to collect the yellows, but you will need quite a few.
The fishing floats will help a little, the fish will usually target the lucky candies, but the fish can't be relied on to collect the yellows as they are just as likely to go for a normal candy as a yellow one.
Hit the floats with combos for the most fish, but only if you can't make the colourbombs.

Level 2609 is a jelly level with only 16 moves to clear all the jelly.
Work in the center of the board as this is where you will have the chance to make the combos needed to clear the jelly.
Look for colourbombs every chance you get and if you manage to make one try to switch it with a wrapped candy or a stripe as this will clear the jelly from those tricky squares.
Stripe/wrap combos are good but you'll need to make quite a few to clear all the jelly, colourbomb combos are by far the best solution to level 2609.

Collect the two ingredients in 40 moves to complete level 2608 Candy Crush Saga.
The ingredients have to drop all the way down the two columns on the right before they can get to the exit at the bottom of the left side of the board.
Stripes and stripe/wrap combos will get the ingredients moving and clear the licorice and blockers.
But by far the best combo to use is a double colourbomb combo, this will completely clear the board apart from possibly a single layer of blockers over the exit. The ingredients drop into the board through the portal 2 squares up from the bottom of the board on the left, so these two squares need to be cleared to allow the ingredients to drop out.
The second ingredient will not appear until you have collected the first, so get it off the board as quickly as possible.
The second ingredient is much easier to collect than the first as there will be no licorice left on the board so colourbombs on a single colour will be more effective.
Keep the candies moving under the portal in the bottom left of the board and the ingredients will find their way there.
