Level 2621 is a dual task level, you have to collect the 4 cherries and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The cherries follow a path through all the portals top and bottom of the board so ALL the blockers and licorice have to be removed in order to collect them.
The cherries move from left to right along the top rows, then down into the bottom and along from right to left to the exit.
Vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos placed in the right places will clear the blockers and you will need quite a few of each to clear all the blockers in the moves available.
Luckily you will get stripes from the dispensers which can be used to clear blockers.
No candies will drop into the bottom section once the blockers are clear so you won't have to worry about that, but the licorice which is under the cherries will move along the portals if you unlock the cherries on the right before you clear the licorice.

Level 2620 is a simple jelly level, you have 14 moves to clear the jelly and complete the level.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will save moves as there are not many to spare.
Clear as much of the easy jelly as you can before you use the two UFO's, so that they will target the harder jellies in the corners. If you use the UFO's too soon they are likely to clear jellies that you can do easily and leave you with the impossible ones.
The popcorn in the middle will give a useful colourbomb and has to be cleared as there is jelly under it.

Chocolate, chocolate everywhere! and only 20 moves to clear it and the jelly underneath!
Ideally you want to get a vertical stripe in the top row so that you can fire it into the chocolate to get some candies in there.
Stripes from the sides aren't as effective as they won't allow candies to drop and you need candies to make matches in the chocolate if you are to have any chance of passing this level.
If you can't get into the chocolate in the first few moves it is unlikely you will pass.
Once you have candies in the middle and can make matches it is fairly easy to make combos, including colourbombs as there are only 4 colours on the board.
