You have to collect 100 chocolates in 17 moves to complete level 2622 Candy Crush Saga.
You will need some of the spawners to get the chocolate orders, but not all of them, so you need to destroy at least half of the spawners to have any chance of completing this level.
The first thing I would suggest is that you turn off the sound so that the noise of the spawners doesn't make you nervous and rush your moves.
Destroy too many and you won't get enough chocolate, but if you leave too many on the board when they start to spawn the chocolate will take over and you won't be able to make moves. This will happen very quickly!
Your first moves should be to try to clear the spawners in the top half of the board, on both sides if possible, this will prevent the chocolate from blocking the top part of the board and stopping the candies from falling.

Don't try to clear the blockers down the middle, the chocolate will cover them quite quickly anyway so it's a waste of moves to try to clear them.
Look for combos which will clear the largest amount of chocolate, don't just make matches of 3 next to the chocolate as you will soon run out of moves.
The most important thing to remember is that the chocolate will only spread when you make a move, so slow down and think about your moves, it's easy to panic and rush when the chocolate seems to be taking over.
The video below starts with 20 moves but is completed in 18 so you should be able to do it in one less.

Level 2621 is a dual task level, you have to collect the 4 cherries and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The cherries follow a path through all the portals top and bottom of the board so ALL the blockers and licorice have to be removed in order to collect them.
The cherries move from left to right along the top rows, then down into the bottom and along from right to left to the exit.
Vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos placed in the right places will clear the blockers and you will need quite a few of each to clear all the blockers in the moves available.
Luckily you will get stripes from the dispensers which can be used to clear blockers.
No candies will drop into the bottom section once the blockers are clear so you won't have to worry about that, but the licorice which is under the cherries will move along the portals if you unlock the cherries on the right before you clear the licorice.

Level 2620 is a simple jelly level, you have 14 moves to clear the jelly and complete the level.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will save moves as there are not many to spare.
Clear as much of the easy jelly as you can before you use the two UFO's, so that they will target the harder jellies in the corners. If you use the UFO's too soon they are likely to clear jellies that you can do easily and leave you with the impossible ones.
The popcorn in the middle will give a useful colourbomb and has to be cleared as there is jelly under it.
