The first thing to do is clear some of the licorice to give you room to make matches.
Once you have a clearer board start looking for stripes and stripe/wrap combos to unlock the chocolate and UFO's. 
The UFO's won't be eaten by the chocolate if you clear some chocolate as you unlock them, the colourbombs from the popcorns will also be eaten by chocolate if you leave them, so use the colourbombs before that happens. You may have to use a stripe or a combo to detonate the UFO's, but they will target the chocolate and jelly and probably grow the popcorns at the same time.

The first thing to do is to get the ingredient down to the top of the portal. This needs to be done carefully to prevent it slipping out of the column it is in. If the ingredient gets out of it's column it is very hard to move it back. Then don't under any circumstances move it to either side.
Once the ingredient is safe you should concentrate on growing the popcorns as these are blocking the exits. 
When the popcorns are out of the way work on the left side of the board to get the ingredient down to the exit. Be careful again not to let it move out of it's column.
The second ingredient will drop once you have collected the first, but this is much easier to collect as you just have to make sure there is no chocolate in the way and work in the left side of the board again.

Level 2623 is a jelly level but with a new twist, cream blockers under licorice locks.
You'll need stripes and stripe/wrap combos to unlock the blockers. You can get stripes from the dispensers on each side of the board and there are some well placed wraps on the board too.
Colourbombs are not hard to make and you can use them to detonate the wraps and clear some of the blockers. 
Play as close to the bottom of the board as you can but remember to check the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make those combos you need.
