Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2649 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have 14 moves to collect the orders which are 10 licorice, 4 chocolate and 36 cream blockers.
The blockers and licorice are already on the board but the chocolate will be provided by the chocolate dispensers once you have cleared the licorice from next to them.
Make moves under the stripe dispenser to get the free stripes which will help, and use the conveyor to get combos together.
Keep an eye on the bombs, they can easily be forgotten although I never found them to be much of a problem.
It is fairly easy to make specials and combos as there are only 4 colours on the board.

Clear the jelly in 14 moves to complete level 2648 Candy Crush Saga.
The keys need to be unlocked and collected as there is jelly under the locked cell in the middle of the board, this will need either stripes or colourbombs.
Once the locked cells are unlocked your job gets a bit easier, but the top square of the three in the middle does not get a candy in once the key is gone so will need to be cleared using a stripe or a stripe/wrap combo., the other two can be cleared with a colourbomb.
Use the conveyors to get combos together, they can be really useful.

Clear the jelly in 18 moves to complete level 2647 Candy Crush Saga.
You will need a tiny bit of luck with the stripes to complete this level. The stripes from the dispensers will be very important to whether you will clear this or not and they will have to move in the right direction if you are to manage it.
You'll only be able to make moves in the top right to begin with so look for stripes and stripe/wrap combos to detonate the stripes from the dispensers, this will start the clearance of the blockers and chocolate which are hiding the jelly.
As soon as you can make moves in the bottom left you will be able to clear it fairly easily, but will still need to make sure the jellies in the separated squares are cleared.
