You have 19 moves to clear the jelly on level 2650, and the bombs have a countdown of 18 moves, so you shouldn't worry too much about them. If the bombs count down to zero you were not likely to pass the level anyway!.
Try to unlock as many bombs as you can to begin with, then look for chances to make specials, especially colourbombs, to complete the unlocking and clear the bombs and jelly.
A colourbomb/wrap or colourbomb/stripe are the best ways to clear everything as they will unlock and clear the bombs in one move, although if you are bothered about the score this will not put you near the top of the leaderboard.
Using colourbombs on a single colour, especially if there are unlocked bombs of that colour, will give the best scores.

You have 14 moves to collect the orders which are 10 licorice, 4 chocolate and 36 cream blockers.
The blockers and licorice are already on the board but the chocolate will be provided by the chocolate dispensers once you have cleared the licorice from next to them.
Make moves under the stripe dispenser to get the free stripes which will help, and use the conveyor to get combos together.
Keep an eye on the bombs, they can easily be forgotten although I never found them to be much of a problem.
It is fairly easy to make specials and combos as there are only 4 colours on the board.

Clear the jelly in 14 moves to complete level 2648 Candy Crush Saga.
The keys need to be unlocked and collected as there is jelly under the locked cell in the middle of the board, this will need either stripes or colourbombs.
Once the locked cells are unlocked your job gets a bit easier, but the top square of the three in the middle does not get a candy in once the key is gone so will need to be cleared using a stripe or a stripe/wrap combo., the other two can be cleared with a colourbomb.
Use the conveyors to get combos together, they can be really useful.
