All the jelly is in the bottom part of the board so you will need to work your way into the blockers and licorice to clear it.
Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to blast away at the bottom half of the board.
The UFO will help a lot as it will clear some of the blockers for you, it doesn't matter whether you use the UFO early or late, it will help either way.
There are only 4 colours on the board so it is fairly easy to make the special candies and combos you need to clear level 2704.
The moves have been reduced to 14 and here is a video from YT showing the new game.

You have to collect 12 each of red, yellow and purple candies to complete level 2703 and you have only 17 moves to do it.
The colours you need will come from the lucky candies which will drop from the dispensers at the top of the middle column, along with licorice.
You will get more lucky candies and less licorice if you clear some licorice with each move you make. You will also get more if you make your moves on the outside columns of the board under the portals.
It isn't easy to get cascades going as the lucky candies don't leave empty spaces when they change, but working near the bottom of the board whenever possible will give you the best chance.
Use colourbombs to change the maximum number of lucky candies, or if you have a lot of the colour you need on the board use it to collect that, this is more likely to give you a mini cascade too.

There are two ways to clear level 2702, the hard way is using stripes and stripe/wrap combos. Drop them to the bottom and use them to hit the stripes at the bottom of the right side of the board. This needs a lot of luck as some of the stripes will face the wrong way so you'll need to hit them many times to collect all the chocolate. I have never managed to complete the level this way so good luck.
The easy way is to make colourbombs and switch two together. It is fairly easy to make colourbombs with only 4 colours on the board so this is really not a hard level to pass. It may take a few lives to get the colourbomb combo you need, but by this stage in the game you should be pretty good at making them.
Before you can do either you'll need to clear the blockers to give you space to work, but this shouldn't be too hard.
