Level 2710 is a dual task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect the two nuts which are locked in the dispensers by cream blockers.
The jelly isn't too much of a problem as it is only a single layer, but clearing the blockers can be tricky as it is quite hard to hit them with normal combos and some are impossible to hit, so you have to get fish from the float in the middle of the board.
Hitting the float with a stripe or wrap will give one fish, but hitting it with any kind of combo will give three, all of which will clear a blocker. So using combos to hit the float will have the blockers cleared fairly quickly if you can manage it.
The number of moves has been reduced since the video was made but it is completed withing the moves available now.

Level 2712 is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and collect the cherry to complete the level.
Don't worry too much about the jelly, if you can concentrate on collecting the cherry the jelly will be cleared by your moves.
The two sections on the left are connected by teleports, the candies from the top will drop through the portals into the bottom if you make moves in the bottom, so you can plan your moves by taking notice of the candies in the top and making moves in the bottom.
The conveyors also move through the three sections so this is another way you can get combos together.
The candies on the conveyors move in a zig zag line, from top left to middle right, from middle right to bottom left then back to top right.
There is no jelly in the diagonal line that the cherry has to move down, so all you need to do is clear the marmalade and then the candies and the cherry will drop down.
Look especially for a stripe or stripe/wrap combo to unlock the cherry as this can be the hardest to unlock.
Stripe/wrap combos are the best and if you can manage to make a colourbomb switch it with a stripe or wrap for best results.

Level 2711 is a jelly level with added difficulty. The difficulty levels are caused bu first the restricted board and second by having to collect keys in a certain order as each one unlocks the next.
First you need to open up the board by clearing the blockers in the middle and at the same time collect the first key.
Work in the bottom of the board as much as possible as this will create mini cascades and clear more blockers. With luck the key may be collected by the cascades.
The second and third keys are along the bottom and sideways stripes will collect them. The fourth and final key is top right and will likely need a colourbom or a colourbomb combo to collect it.
By the time you have collected all the keys you will probably have very few moves left to clear any remaining jelly so think carefully about your moves and look for colourbombs if possible.
