You have 23 moves to collect 3 ingredients and complete level 2764 Candy Crush Saga.
Firstly forget about clearing the magic mixer at the bottom of the board. The task on this level is to collect ingredients, so that is what you should concentrate on.
Make stripes, especially vertical ones near the ingredient to break through the locked chocolate and get the ingredients to the exits.
You will get wrapped candies from the dispenser at the top of the board and the best way to use them is to switch with a stripe or, better still, another wrap.
Double wrap combos are great for breaking through the chocolate so try to make these as much as possible.
The popcorn in the middle, as well as the magic mixer, will be grown as you work on getting the ingredients down so don't waste moves on them. The priority is the ingredients.
There will only be one ingredient on the board at a time so the quicker you get the first one out the better chance you will have of completing the level.

Level 2763 can be quite a tricky level as there are very few moves and a lot of licorice to clear.
By far the best combo is a colourbomb/wrap, but this will only work if there are candies of the right colour where you need them.
If, like me,  you can't get this combo you will have to rely on hard work to clear the 6 jellies.
Wraps are still one of the best special candies and should be made whenever possible along with colourbombs.
Don't waste too many moves trying to make colourbombs as they are of limited value alone.

Level 2762 looks a lot harder than it actually is, once you get the hang of how the candies drop it gets a lot more doable than you might think. Not easy, but not impossible either.
The candies in the left side of the board drop through from the middle section to the bottom section and the candies in the main playing area on the right drop through to the left.
This means that you can make stripes and wraps in the right side of the board, then make moves in the left side to bring them into a position where they can be used to unlock and clear chocolate and finally clear the jelly.
The stripes in the top and bottom can be switched together whenever it is convenient without spoiling any combos you are saving.
A jelly fish booster can be useful on this level.
