The hardest part of level 2812 is destroying the magic mixers. You can't clear the jelly below them easily and they will keep spawning licorice. The licorice isn't a problem to begin with, but once the popcorns are cleared they will spawn the licorice upwards, and block you from clearing the jelly from above.

Use wrapped candies as much as possible to grow the popcorns and destroy the spawners. The wraps are not hard to make as there are only 4 colours on the board.

A colourbomb/stripe will also be very useful to clear jelly and unlock any locked candies, as well as hitting the popcorns or spawners.

Level 2811 is a dual task level, you have to clear the jelly and collect 2 ingredients in 20 moves to complete the level.

There are loads of fish on the board which will help with those tricky squares if you can save some of them until most of the easy to get jelly is cleared.

You also have the fishing float in the middle to help a little.

The fish will usually unlock the ingredients for you so don't worry too much about them. Keep an eye on the ingredients once they are unlocked as it's easy to get them stuck on a "shelf" and if that happens you'll have to move them over to free them. The one on the left is most likely to be the problem as it has further to go to get to a position where it can be dropped to the exits.

Level 2810 can be the most frustrating level ever and needs huge amounts of luck to clear it.

If you try to remember that clearing licorice will stop it from dropping for the next move, but only one move, once you have made that move the licorice will drop again as soon as you make a move. For this reason the licorice can only be controlled by clearing some with every move! Not easy! 

If you are not lucky enough to be able to keep the licorice under control, like most of us, you will have to resort to blasting everything in sight with colourbomb combos every chance you get. Colourbombs are fairly easy to make but apart from them stripe/wrap combos can also be useful. Even if each combo only clears 2 or 3 jellies it doesn't matter as you will eventually get them cleared if you keep making those combos.

Don't use a colourbomb on a single candy as you want as many candies as possible in the jelly, save it to switch with a stripe.

A double wrap combo can be used to good effect if you can make them close to the side.

I found that a jelly fish booster helped a lot with level 2810 as there are lots of cascades and therefore lots of fish.
Although there are only 17 moves now and the video has 20 to begin with, the player completed the level in 12 moves so it is doable.
