The top of the board is the "bottom", so any moves you make in the top will effect the bottom once you can start to make moves there.
First you need to break through the blockers along the bottom of the board so that the candies can travel up to the top. There are jellies under the blockers too so they all have to be cleared to complete the level.
Once you have candies in the top part of the board try to make matches there, but remember to check the bottom half first to see if you can make special candies which can be moved to the top to clear more jelly.

The cherries have to travel through all the portals and finally down the middle column to the exit.
Forget about the sections the cherries have to travel through and concentrate on clearing the blockers down the middle. Once the blockers are cleared the cherries will arrive there if you make moves in the larger part of the board at the bottom.
The second cherry will appear once you have collected the first one.

Level 2826 is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
The jelly next to the chocolate machine is the hardest to clear so try to clear those two squares as soon as possible, then you won't have to worry too much about the chocolate growing over them.
Work in the bottom part of the board id possible to get mini cascades, although the board is small and has 5 colours it is possible to get the candies to cascade and help with clearing the jelly and chocolate.
