You have only 14 moves to collect the orders and complete level 2976. As you need 25 colourbombs it is fairly obvious that you won't be able to make them yourself.
The wraps are on the board at the start so no need to worry about them, just switch the teo middle wraps together once they are unlocked and this will clear the board and get you started on the colourbombs and blue candies.
The blue candies also shouldn't be too much of a problem as they will be collected as you play.
You will have to rely on a bit of luck to get the colourbombs but you can make the luck go your way by using the colourbombs to best effect.
You need cascades to make the colourbombs for you, don't try to set them up, there are not enough moves. 
It is best to always use a colourbomb on a single colour, this will give the best chance of more colourbombs forming in the cascades. Avoid switching two colourbombs together and don't switch one with any other special candy. The only time you might need to switch two colourbombs together is if you have some on the board but not enough moves left to collect them all by switching singly.

You only have 14 moves to collect the popcorns and colourbombs and complete level 2975.
You will get stripes dropping from the dispensers top left, but you will also need to make stripes yourself to have any chance of clearing level 2975.
Use the stripes whenever you get them and don't worry about the cakes, clearing the cakes won't help you and they will also remove any stripes you have on the board. The cakes will, however collect any colourbombs and they will count towards your orders.
Once you get a colourbomb from the popcorns try to use it with a stripe, wrap or another colourbomb to help grow more popcorns.
If you have any UFO's you can use one early in the game to give you a good start on growing the popcorns.

With only 12 moves to clear the jelly you are going to need quite a bit of luck to complete level 2974.
You need to get the blockers cleared at the top in as few moves as possible so that you can make the special candies and combos you will need.
You will not be able to clear all the jelly without creating cascades, so look for wrapped candies and colourbombs, both of which will help to create cascades.
The frog can be helpful if he grows, but don't waste moves to grow him, if you get the cascades he will grow anyway and you can use him if you need to, but I have cleared the level without using him as well as with.
Working close to the bottom of the board will also help create cascades.
