Only 13 moves to clear all the jelly doesn't seem much, but you have 2 UFO's to help as well as all the colourbombs from the popcorns.

Ignore the chocolate in the middle, it isn't a problem. What you need to do is make wrapped candies whenever possible to help grow the popcorns. Stripes are helpful too and can unlock the UFO's.

Use the UFO's as soon as they are unlocked and once you start to get colourbombs switch them together to help grow the rest of the popcorns.

Keep switching the colourbombs together and you should complete the level fairly easily.

Although the title of this post says these are tips to pass without boosters I don't believe that level 3004 is possible without boosters.

There are too many blockers to deal with on a restricted board and not enough moves to get all the yellow candies.

You really need to clear the middle column so that the lucky candies can drop down the middle and onto the bottom conveyor where they are easier to deal with. Stripe/wrap combos will work quite well, as will a colourbomb/wrap combo. But best of all is a double colourbomb combo.

I used the colourbomb from Mort's helmet, or the spaceship, plus a colourbomb combo and kept backing out of the game until the two colourbombs were together, this combo will clear everything and collect the yellows along the top conveyor so that all you need to do is get more lucky candies dropping by making matches that leave room for them to drop.

If you don't know how to reset the board to get the boosters together follow these simple steps.

Open the game and DON'T MAKE A MOVE. If the board is not to your liking click on the pink cogwheel bottom left then on the red door to take you out of the game. Then try again.

You can do this as many times as you like until the board is the way you want it and you won't lose any lives or boosters as long as you don't make any moves.

Check to make sure you're not losing boosters after the first try just to be sure as very occasionally it doesn't work.

You need to score 100,000 points in 17 moves to complete level 3003 Candy Crush Saga.

Collecting the keys will give you three popcorns, which can be grown into colourbombs and colourbombs will give you the score needed.

Stripes and stripe/wrap combos will get the keys and once the board is opened look for wraps to grow the popcorns but don't forget those colourbombs. If you have the choice between a wrap and a colourbomb always go for the colourbomb, you can always make a wrap later and using the colourbomb will give you a better chance of making more combos as well as giving a better score.
