Level 3033 is a dual task level, you need to collect two ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The first thing you need to do is unlock and clear the bomb in the middle of the board. The bomb has a ten move countdown so you can't afford to leave it too long.
A vertical stripe or stripe/wrap combo in the first few moves will unlock it but you still need to clear it once it is free of the licorice locks.
Forget about the ingredients, they will be collected when you clear the bomb.
You can also forget about the spawner at the top of the board, you don't need to clear it to complete the level and you will waste too many moves trying.
Concentrate on making combos to clear the jelly, especially colourbomb combos. Colourbomb/stripe combos are good, as are colourbomb/wraps. Either of these combos will clear the jelly and also, with luck, will hit the spawner a couple of times to slow down the rate of spawning.
If you can clear the jellies in the diagonal rows fairly quickly the licorice will be less of a problem.

Wraps are the answer to level 1332 Candy Crush Saga. You need to grow all the popcorns to complete this level and wraps are always the best way to grow them.
A colourbomb/wrap combo is the best way if there are candies of the right colour next to the popcorns, but even if the wraps don't grow all the popcorns they will clear blockers and make it easier to make more combos to grow them.
A double colourbomb combo will also help a lot, but is not so easy to make.

Level 3031 can be a frustrating level as there are very few moves to begin with, you need to work towards the left of the board, clearing the blockers as you go. Keep an eye on the bombs in the bottom part of the board and clear them as you get the chance before they kill the game.
You need some powerful combos to get through all the blockers and clear the jelly in the moves available so look for stripes, wraps and colourbombs whenever you make a move.
The candies drop through the portals from the left side of the board to the right so you will only get candies dropping into the right side when the blockers are cleared, apart from bombs, which drop after every move.
I found it best to reset the board until I could make a match next to the three blockers to get a good start.
If you are getting close but not managing to clear all the jelly try using a jelly fish booster.
