Level 3098 is a dual task level, you have to collect 3 ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
Forget about the ingredients, they will be collected as you clear the jelly.
The focus of level 3098 should be on clearing the cake bombs. Each time you clear a cake it will clear the board and release ingredients, all the ingredients will drop from the same dispenser one by one as you get them off the board, so by clearing the cakes you will collect the ingredients.
To clear the cakes you need to make stripes and stripe/wrap combos. To begin with it doesn't matter where the stripes are as they are bound to hit at least one cake, but as you begin to clear the cakes you will have to make sure your combos are in the right place to hit them. Use the conveyor to get the combos into position.
If you can clear the top right cake it will be easier to clear the others as you will be able to make matches next to the one below.

You have to collect blockers, chocolate and licorice to complete level 3097 Candy Crush Saga.
The blockers are on the board so begin by clearing some to get the candies dropping into the whole board.
You need to unlock the locked candies and the chocolate spawner as soon as possible to get the chocolate and licorice you need. The licorice drops from the dispenser at the top and the chocolate will spawn once the spawner is free.
Remember you need to let the chocolate grow for a few moves before you clear any and also the licorice will only drop if you don't clear any with your moves.
The good thing is that the licorice drops more than one per move so it's pretty easy to get lots on the board as long as you make a move under the dispenser without clearing any.
The moves have been reduced to 18 and below is the latest video by Kazuohk

You need to try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades, this will help clear jelly without wasting valuable moves and with luck you will get special candies making themselves as the candies settle.
Even though you want to be working near the bottom you still need to check the rest of the board for chances to make colourbombs and other special candies, matches of three won't clear level 3096 as there are not enough moves.
If you get a colourbomb it's worth saving it for a couple of moves to see if you can get a stripe or a wrap next to it, but don't waste too many moves on that, if this isn't happening just use the colourbomb on a single colour and you may get more forming with less colours on the board.

The licorice has been removed since the videos were made, so level 3096 should be easier to complete.
