Level 3103 can be a tricky level due to the bombs, they have a countdown of only 9 moves so if you don'y clear them when you get the chance they count down very quickly!.
Work your way down into the bottom half of the board to give you more space to work.
The ingredients need unlocking before they can be collected and once unlocked they move through the portals into the top half of the board and then down to the exits. Be careful not to move any of the cherries towards the middle of the board or they won't go down the exits.
The licorice at the top needs to be cleared before the cherries can drop down, so look for moves that will clear it as you work on clearing the blockers and jelly.
It can be hard to make combos with 5 colours on the board, but you need to look for any chances you get to make them. Don't neglect the bombs though, they are what ended my games  90% of the time.

You have to collect 200 yellow candies which are provided by lucky candies which drop down from the dispensers at the top of the board.
Unfirtunately you also get licorice dropping from the dispensers which you need to keep under control to have any chance of clearing this level.
What you need to do is create cascades of exploding wraps, which will keep the licorice from taking over as well as collect the yellows you need without wasting too many moves. For this reason look for chances to make wraps at every opportunity, match them alone or switch two together for the best results.
At all costs avoid combos like stripe/wrap combos if your board has no licorice, this will release loads of the stuff and you will waste moves getting rid of it again. Only use these combos if they are next to licorice so that it is destroyed with the switch, not the blast.
Colourbombs are OK for changing and collecting yellows, but are not a priority so go for a wrapped candy before a colourbomb.
At the time of writing there are 25 moves but this may change in the future. The game below is completed in 18 moves.

First you need to clear the blockers from under at least one of the key dispensers to get the keys dropping, then collect the keys in as few moves as possible to get the board unlocked.
Once you have the whole board to play in you should be able to make special candies and combos fairly easily as there are only 4 colours on the board and plenty of open space.
The conveyor will help get your combos together if you need it.
Don't worry about the spawner in the middle of the board, it shouldn't cause too much of a problem and there is no jelly under it so no need to clear it, your combos will hit it enough to prevent it from spawning too much and it will probably be destroyed as you play.
