Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3184 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You need to grow the 8 popcorns and collect 10 fish from the floats to complete level 3184 Candy Crush Saga.
The best way to grow popcorns is with wrapped candies, so look for any chance you get to make them. Stripes are a poor second best as they only hit one popcorn and you need to get them into the best position. Stripe/wrap combos are slightly better than stripes.
By far the best combos are colourbomb combos, switch with a wrapped candy for the best results.
If you get two colourbombs side by side, switch them together rather than risk losing them as they don't help much alone.
Once you have cleared some of the popcorns you can get to the float and hit it with combos to get the fish you need, remember you will need a few moves to get the fish so don't wait too long to start collecting them.
I used a colourbomb and stripe/wrap candy from the helmet to complete this level.

Level 3183 is a straightforward jelly level but it needs some powerful combos to clear all the jelly in the moves available.
Make combos using the bombs if you can to keep them under control without wasting moves as you don't have many to spare.
Colourbomb/stripe combos are good and you can use the conveyors to get the combos together, remember the conveyors move in the opposite directions to each other so your special candies need to be 2 spaces apart for them to come together.
Sideways stripes should be made whenever possible but remember to keep looking for colourbombs to switch with them.
I used a jelly fish booster after coming close to clearing the jelly many times, the fish will take those last few jwllies from under the blockers.

You have to collect 4 ingredients to complete level 3172 Candy Crush Saga.
The first two ingredients are on the board and to collect them you will need to clear the blockers that are holding them back. A colourbomb will clear some of the blockers if you use it to clear bombs, but the rest will have to be cleared using stripes.
The two best combos are a double colourbomb and a colourbomb/stripe. Both these combos should clear some, if not all, of the blockers and bombs and this will get the first ingredients out of the exits.
The two popcorns will be really useful once they are grown but don't waste moves just trying to grow them, concentrate on making colourbombs and stripes and the popcorns will grow as you clear the blockers.
Very often one of the ingredients got stuck and didn't drop down from the top section when I played which made it impossible to pass, but usually the ingredients will drop once the way is clear.
You might find it helpful to use a coconut wheel booster.
