This is a really hard jelly level which at first glance seems to have plenty of moves and looks doable. There are two problems with this, one is the chocolate which constantly fills up the side sections if you don't clear it and the second is the countdown bombs which only give you 6 moves to clear them.

I found that the bombs killed my game every time until I eventually passed it, I don't think I ran out of moves at any time.

From the start you need to be looking for colourbombs, this can be done using stripe/wrap combos, but colourbombs are the easiest way to go. 

By far the best way to get rid of the chocolate is with a double colourbomb combo so look for chances to make this combo from the start. If you get a colourbomb see if you can save it until you can make another, on this restricted board it is likely they will be side by side if you do manage it. If you don't have a chance to make another colourbomb switching with a stripe can be helpful to clear the chocolate, switching with a wrap is only helpful for clearing jelly if you have already cleared some of the chocolate.

You need to collect yellow candies to complete level 3199 Candy Crush Saga.

The yellow candies are provided by the lucky candies in the separated squares top and bottom of the board.

You can't match the lucky candies so you have to use combos and the cake bombs to change and collect the lucky candies.

At the time of writing this is a fairly easy level to complete but this could change in future updates so we'll be keeping an eye on things.
As noted above, a fifth colour has now been added making this slightly less easy.

You need to collect the two ingredients to complete level 3198 Candy Crush Saga.

The first thing to do is to clear the cakes down each side, this can be done using stripe/wrap combos or, if you can manage it, a double colourbomb combo. The colourbomb combo won't completely clear the whole cakes, but if they are partly cleared the combo may finish the job.

You need a few moves once the cakes are gone as the ingredients will drop down onto the conveyors at the bottom and from there they will move up to the top of the board.

Once the ingredients are on the top conveyor you should make moves below them to get them onto the board and from there down to the exits.
Be very careful when dropping the ingredients from the top conveyor as they can easily become lodged on the shelf just outside the columns where the exits are. You need to use a vertical match to get them down into the board so they don't slip off to the side.
Level 3198 has been made a bit easier by taking away the red candies so it is much easier to make the combos needed even though there are less moves.
