You will need a fair amount of luck to pass this level without boosters, even with boosters it's still a bit of a lottery whether you get a good board or not to begin with.
Once the candies have settled at the start you should have at least a couple of wrapped candies unless they have self destructed, this is a good thing if they do as it saves you having to use a move to switch them.
Two wrapped candies side by side is good as switching them together will clear most of the keys and unlock all but one column of locked candies.
Try to work close to the bottom of the board, but you need to make special candies and combos and these are best if you make them higher up the board where most of the blockers and jelly are.
Think carefully about your moves as there are only 14 so you can't afford to waste any.
There are now 5 move bombs added but they shouldn't cause too much of a problem and should be cleared as you clear the jelly.

The keys need to be collected as soon as possible but while you are collecting them you should be looking for chances to make combos which will clear the blockers from under the ingredients. Any combo will help but stripe/wrap combos are especially useful if you can get them near the blockers.
Once the ingredients are unlocked just look for any special candy that will clear the blockers and get them to the exits.
There are five colours on the board but by this stage of the game you should all be experts at making colourbombs and other special candies.
You may find a coconut wheel booster useful if you are struggling with this level.

Level 3202 is an orders level, you have to collect 6 fish from the fishing floats, 12 bombs and 12 licorice to complete the level.
The bombs are the easiest to collect, but first you need to clear the blockers to get them dropping onto the main playing area so they can be matched.
You only have 22 moves to collect everything and the hardest to collect is always the licorice. Although there is already some licorice on the board at the start you need to get more to drop by making moves under the dispenser without clearing any. If you clear licorice with a move no more will drop.
The best way to get the 6 fish is to hit the float with combos twice, this will give 6 fish, which will clear 6 bombs for you.
I found this much easier to complete using a lucky candy booster as this gave the things needed.
