Candy Crush Saga Level 3211 Tips and video

Although the title says tips without boosters I don't believe that level 3211 is possible without boosters. I used a jelly lucky candy and colourbomb boosters to eventually complete this level.
You need to collect 18 fish which you will get from the lucky candies down the right side of the board. There are 20 moves but the first few moves will be wasted in clearing the chocolate and other nasty stuff which is blocking you from getting the lucky candies.
Colourbombs and colourbomb combos are the way to get the fish, but these are not easy to make, especially at the start with a very restricted board.
Once you have cleared most of the licorice you will be able to use stripes and stripe/wrap combos but by then you are likely to be very low on moves.

The keys to unlock the locked popcorns are at the bottom of the board and need unlocking and collecting as soon as possible. This will give you plenty of time to grow the popcorns which are crucial to clearing level 3210.
Your aim should be to grow the popcorns two at a time and drop them on top of each other so that you can switch them together. The first double colourbomb combo will clear the cream blockers from the sides where the ingredients need to drop down and the second one will clear the jelly from those squares.
The ingredients have to moves down the portals at the sides and onto the main playing area where you can get them down and out of the exits.
The second ingredient will appear once the first one is off the board ans is fairly easy to collect now that the board is clear.

Collect the ingredients in 18 moves to complete level 3209 Candy Crush Saga.
You need to break through the blockers and also grow some of the popcorns so that the ingredients can get to the exits at the bottom of the board. There is no need to clear everything, just enough to let the ingredients through, remember the task is to collect the ingredients, not clear the board.
Wrapped candies are always best for growing popcorns and for this reason you should avoid making matches along the bottom conveyor, then if you get a colourbomb next to a wrap any candies of the right colour on the bottom conveyor will give you two hits on the popcorns.
