You need a bit of luck to pass level 3215 as well as careful playing. There are only 15 moves and a lot of jelly to clear so not a single move can be wasted.

Reset the board until you are happy with your first move, I like to start with a move in the top right on the conveyor, this opens the board more than any other move and with luck you can often get s mini cascade which opens the board even more.

Your aim should be to make combos that clear the two cakes on the left, forget about the sections above and below the cakes, just look for chances to make stripes and wraps in the main part of the board.

You need to ideally be trying to get cascades going to clear the jelly, but at the same time looking for the combos to clear the cakes.

Once the cakes are gone you can see what is left, usually just a few jellies which you may or may not have moves left to clear. You don't need many moves to clear the remaining jelly so don't worry if you only have a few left once the cakes are gone.

Think really carefully about your final few moves.

If you are getting close, but not quite managing to clear all the jelly it might be worth trying a jelly fish booster, but I didn't find them to be very helpful and they can often spoil a combo before you get to use it.

With only 16 moves to collect the 4 ingredients level 3214 looks a lot harder than it actually is. If you look at the board before you start to play you can see that all that is stopping the ingredients from dropping out of the exits are single hit blockers, so all you need to do is clear those once the ingredients are unlocked.

To begin with you will have to make moves in the top part of the board, make vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos and let them move along the conveyors until they are in position over the keys. Colourbombs can also be used to unlock and collect the keys. If you can switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap better still.

Once the bottom right corner is unlocked the candies will drop down from the top through the portals, using the portals you can get combos down into the bottom to clear the blockers under the ingredients.

If you can't get combos to clear the blockers try hitting the fishing floats instead, the fish will often target the blockers you need to clear.

You have to collect 15 yellow candies in 17 moves to complete level 3213 Candy Crush Saga. 

Forget the bottom part of the board and work on making stripes or wraps to unlock some of the blockers along the top. You don't need to unlock them all, one or two is enough to get the lucky candies dropping. Once unlocked clear them quickly and you'll have the lucky candies you need.

Once there are lucky candies on the board switch and collect until you have enough.
