Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3253 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3253 is a straightforward jelly level with the board in two halves. The top half of the board is the "bottom" so once you can open the board up working in the top will bring candies down and create cascades.
The important thing to remember is to check the bottom half of the board as it's easy to be clearing the top and forget about checking for combos in the bottom.
The frog may be useful to clear any tricky jellies or get rid of chocolate, but it isn't as important as making combos and keeping the chocolate under control.

Update. Level 3252 has been changed and is now an orders level. You have to collect one colourbomb/stripe combo and 20 stripes and is fairly easy to complete.

Original tips below for anyone who still has the ingredients level.



You have to collect 4 ingredients to complete level 3252 Candy Crush Saga.
The ingredients are all on the board at the start of the game, but there are Candy Canes blocking every row so it is not possible to collect the candies down vertical lines, they have to move off the candy canes so they can drop down the spaces between and into the lower rows.
The image below shows how the ingredients can drop but also you can't match candies if there is a cane between them.
Keep your eyes on where the ingredients are and make moves that allow them to drop through the gaps, don't waste moves trying to get them to drop if they are sitting on top of a cane.
There are 35 moves at the time of writing, which makes the levels fairly easy so this may be reduced in the future. The video below is completed in less than 10 moves so is still relevant even if the moves are reduced drastically.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3251 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to clear all the blockers and collect 22 bombs in 25 moves to complete level 3251 Candy Crush Saga.
Once you start to make moves the bombs will drop from the dispensers at each side of the board and into the top section. Make combos in the bottom section to clear the blockers and allow the bombs to drop down into the board.
There are two blockers that you can only clear using stripes or combos and these are the top ones in the column at each side, see image.
There are only 4 colours on the board so making combos is fairly easy. Even though it is easy to make combos it is still not an easy level to complete in only 25 moves
