Level 3271 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You really need to be making moves in the bottom part of the board at the start if you can, this will clear the blockers and licorice out of the way so that when you get the ingredients to the conveyor they will be able to drop down.
You can't afford to waste a single move as you only have 15 and you'll probably need every one of them.
If you can't make a move in the bottom part of the board try to make stripe/wrap combos in the bigger area to bring the ingredients down the outside columns, but you still need to make moves in the bottom to get the ingredients down the last few spaces.
If you get candies on the bottom row that can be matched leave them there to use when you have the ingredients ready to be dropped out of the exits.
You need a fair amount of luck as well as very careful planning to complete level 3271 without boosters.
The blockers that have been added to the main part of the board make level 3271 a bit herder but the strategy is the same.

You have to collect 24 each of fish, licorice and bombs in 20 moves to complete level 3270 Candy Crush Saga.
With a bit of luck this can be quite an easy level, but more usually it is tricky.
First you will need to clear some licorice to give you space to work, start at the bottom of the board if you can. Then you must try to make special candies and combos to hit the fishing floats as this is the only way you can get the fish you need. The fish will help collect the bombs for you so they are doubly good.
Colourbombs can be used to clear the bombs if they are counting down, but it's better to switch them with a stripe or a wrap to get more fish.
The bombs are locked inside the candy canes so you won't be able to match them, you have to rely on combos and the fish to clear them before they count down.
Although the game in the video starts with 28 moves I completed this level in 12 moves as I was lucky enough to be able to get a stripe/wrap combo close to the fishing floats for loads of fish and bombs.

Level 3269 is a dual task level, you have only 25 moves to collect the three ingredients and clear all the jelly. Although it has not yet been classified as a hard level I think it will be in the future as it can be really tricky.
The main focus has to be on clearing the keys, there are three already on the board which need to be unlocked and collected. Once the first three keys are collected you will get the final two dropping from the dispensers, so make sure there is space for them to drop. You only get one key at a time so clear it quickly so the last key can drop.
Once the ingredients are unlocked you have to collect them at the same time as clearing the remaining jelly.
The best combos are, as usual, colourbomb combos, switched with a stripe or especially a wrap these combos will go a long way towards clearing the locked candies and with luck they will also collect the keys.
Avoid using a colourbomb on a single candy to unlock the keys, this will remove all candies of the key colour and make it harder to match the keys, instead, if you can't switch a colourbomb with another special candy use it to clear unwanted candies off the board so you can make better moves.
