Level 3013 is a super hard level. You only have 20 moves to clear the jelly and you are fighting chocolate and bombs at the same time.
The sooner you clear the chocolate the better chance you will have of completing the level so look for stripes and any other special candy to attack the chocolate.
BUT, don't ignore the bombs, they only have a countdown of 8 moves so you can't leave them too long and sometimes you need to plan ahead to clear them. 
A jelly fish booster might help, but I would suggest going back to a low level and collecting the spaceship or helmet boosters, then when you have a stripe/wrap booster reset the game until the stripe and wrap are together so you can switch them and clear as much chocolate as you can in one move. Or if you have a colourbomb booster use this with the helmet boosters and reset until you have 2 colourbombs together to completely clear the chocolate.

Level 3059 is a dual task level, you have to collect two cherries and clear all the jelly in 17 moves.
You don't have to worry too much about the cherries, they will almost take care of themselves, all you need to watch is that they don't get stuck on a "ledge" as they move along the conveyors. Once you have cleared some of the blockers the board cycles round from top to bottom and back up through the portals, so making moves anywhere within the middle area will get the cherries down to the exits.
With 6 colours on the board it isn't easy to make special candies and combos, but you need to look for these as it's the only way to clear the jelly once the blockers are gone.

Candy Crush Saga Level 3068 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3068 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect all the ingredients to complete level 3068. The ingredients will slip down diagonally when the outer blockers are cleared.
There is no need to clear the spawner in the middle and there is no need to clear all the blockers, just the outer 2 on each side. Don't waste moves trying to clear everything. Just concentrate on making vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the way for the ingredients to drop onto the board.
Once the ingredients are on the main part of the board it's a simple matter to get them out of the exits if you have a couple of moves left.
